Estonian Influencer marketing platform Modash has acquired Promoty, another influencer platform with CRM tools. The acquisition comes after Modash's successful closing of a $12 million Series A funding round in October 2024. Modash shared the details with AIN.

This deal enables Shopify ecommerce brands to better manage creator partnerships using Modash's influencer marketing and Promoty's CRM tools.
