Fudo Security, a Polish cybersecurity company specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, has secured a €9 million investment from bValue Fund to enhance data protection. The deal marks bValue Growth's third investment in a high-potential company, the fund shared with AIN.

Fudo Security operates in over 30 markets, including the USA, and offers rapid implementations and advanced behavioral analytics supported by artificial intelligence.
“With our solution, every activity within IT systems is monitored in real-time. Moreover, using behavioral and biometric analysis, the artificial intelligence module will disconnect a session if it detects unauthorized access. In the case of any unusual behaviour, the administrator is promptly alerted,” said Paweł Dawidek, CTO at Fudo Security.
Investment details
Fresh investment was led by bValue Fund, a Warsaw-based specialised growth equity investment firm.

The fund manages assets worth €120 million, investing €5 million – €15 million in regional leaders with the potential for international expansion.

Through its group of experts, bValue Bench, the firm offers strategic and operational support to its investments.

The seed fund has been one of the first investors in over 30 startups in the region, including Tidio, Spin.ai, Fluentbe, and others.

The deal marks bValue Growth's third investment in a high-potential company with broad prospects for global expansion, following Hostersi and Sportano, and its first investment in the cybersecurity sector.
The funding will be used to develop new technologies and implement innovative solutions in the area of instant access for third parties. The investment will also bolster Fudo Security's market position, both in Poland and globally, with a particular focus on Western Europe (DACH region) and the USA.
