Ukrainian angel club United Angels Network has invested $150,000 during the second funding round in Himera, a Ukrainian military radio manufacturer. The company shared with AIN.

  • The second round of financing was backed by UAN members: Orest Ryvak, Sasha Reminnyi, Vasile Tiple, Zhenya Klepa, Artur Kiulian, and several other members who wished to remain undisclosed.
  • This investment complements the previous $225,000 round raised in March 2024 thanks to the support of other UAN members: Ivan Dmytrasevych, Oleksandr Reminnyi, Andriy Sambir, Nataliya Sambir, Eugene Gusarov, and several other private investors.
  • Thus, the total amount of investments from club members in Himera reached $375,000.
  • The company states that the startup will use the collected funds to develop new products within the tactical communication system and expand its business in the Ukrainian and international markets.

AIN reminds that in March HIMERA secured a total of $525,000 in investments from the United Angels Network and other investors. In October, the Ukrainian startup also secured new financing from the Nezlamni Fund. The amount of the investment is not disclosed, but it is known that it corresponds to a typical check of the fund - from $100,000 to $400,000. And before that, in September, Himera also secured investment from Green Flag Ventures.
