Polish MCI.Euroventures, a private equity fund managed by MCI Capital, has realized a return of over €25 million in funds from its investment in Netrisk Group, through a buy back of its own shares. MCI Capital announced the news with reference to ISBtech.pl.

  • Netrisk Group has completed a recapitalization, distributing funds to shareholders, including MCI.EV.

  • The transaction reflects strong investor confidence, reinforced by financing from a consortium of leading international debt funds such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Arcmont, and HPS.

  • As per MCI.EV’s strategy, the transaction secured full repayment of its initial investment while maintaining a stake in Netrisk, which continues to grow rapidly and deliver above-average financial results.

"Since our investment, Netrisk Group has consistently expanded its business operations and strengthened its position as the market leader in Central and Eastern Europe. Strong financial performance combined with robust cash generation has enabled us to realize part of our investment gains, proving the effectiveness of our investment strategy," said Filip Berkowski, Senior Investment Partner at MCI Capital.
