The funding was headed by bValue Fund, a Polish specialised growth equity investment firm that partners with tech companies in the CEE region.

In April 2024, the fund closed its growth fund at €90 million. And more recently, in January 2025, bValue invested €9 million in Fido Security, a Polish cybersecurity company specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
“Solidstudio already boasts an impressive client portfolio. Its proven technology often better meets end-user needs than competing solutions, making it a key pillar of the company’s growth. As a fund, we will actively support the company in fully utilizing its potential and scaling its operations further. What caught our attention was not only the advanced technological product and scalable business model tailored to the needs of major clients but also the highly skilled founding team with a clear development vision,” Maciej Balsewicz, Founder & Managing Partner at bValue Fund, commented.
With fresh funds, Solidstudio plans to expand into Western Europe and develop its flagship products, Charge Point Management System and eMSP platform.
