Revolut launches in Ukraine, offering services for Ukrainian residents

Revolut, the global financial app with over 50 million users, is expanding its services to Ukrainians and launching an international donation campaign featuring the special edition Clear Sky card.

  • Starting from February 11, 2025, Ukrainian residents can send and receive money from their friends and family abroad without worrying about expensive transfer fees.
  • To ensure a secure onboarding process, Revolut has partnered with Diia, Ukraine's award-winning e-government platform.
  • A new special edition Clear Sky debit card is available to order for Revolut customers in the UK, across EEA, which can be unclocked by a €/£5 donation to UNHCR, which provides support to Ukrainian refugees in the UK and Ukraine.

"I am immensely proud of Revolut’s continuous support for Ukraine. A record number of Ukrainians have joined our waiting list to be among the first to get their Revolut account. Interest in Revolut and digital banking services is soaring in the CEE region. Starting today Ukrainians can open a Revolut account and access our most popular products, with even more coming soon," said Vlad Yatsenko, Co-founder and CTO of Revolut.

Revolut services for Ukrainian residents are provided by Revolut Bank UAB, based in Lithuania and supervised by the European Central Bank and Bank of Lithuania.

To date, more than 700,000 Ukrainians in the UK and the European Economic Area already use Revolut's services.
