RoomPriceGenie, a Revenue Management System company for independent hotels, has raised $75 million in an investment from Five Elms Capital. The deal allowed the buyout of most investors, including Polish family office fund RKKVC, which had a nearly tenfold return in three years, MamStartup reports.

The round was led by Five Elms Capital. The deal enabled the buyout of most of the existing investors, including RKKVC, which received a nearly tenfold return on capital within three years of entering the company.

The investment from Five Elms Capital will allow for further expansion, as well as the development of a new generation of API integrations that will streamline revenue management processes for independent hotels around the world.
