Ukrainian-founded edtech company Headway has joined the global network of entrepreneurs Endeavor, becoming the first company with Ukrainian roots in this community. This was announced by Endeavor Ukraine to AIN.
Why Headway joined Endeavor
- Headway joined Endeavor through the organization's Ukrainian office, which opened in October 2024. Currently, dozens of Ukrainian entrepreneurs are on Endeavor's shortlist, and several are in the final stages of selection.
- Headway founder and CEO Anton Pavlovsky became the first Ukrainian in this community, which includes founders of such well-known companies as Glovo, Rappi, and Checkout.
- Endeavor selected the company based on three criteria: an innovative business model with growth potential; the founder lives in or has ties to Ukraine; and the founder has an impact on the industry - willing to invest, mentor, or otherwise support entrepreneurs.
- Membership in Endeavor provides Headway with access to a broad network of mentors, investors, potential customers and partners. Community members have the opportunity to receive IPO and M&A assistance, access to business education, and help with expansion and investment.

Endeavor has its own Endeavor Catalyst Fund, which invests up to $2 million in promising startups outside the U.S. and China, provided it does not exceed 10% of the total round. The fund, along with Sequoia Capital, Accel and General Atlantic, has backed more than 350 startups.
One in six startups in Endeavor's portfolio is a unicorn. Endeavor reviews approximately 5,000 companies each year, but only 80-90 are selected to become members of the organization.
