Swedish-Ukrainian company Sigma Software Group has announced the acquisition of North Carolina-based IT and engineering consulting firm A Society Group, Inc. Sigma Software told the details to AIN.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed, however, Bohdan Svyrydov, investment director of Horizon Capital and u.ventures, noted in a comment to AIN that it could be valued at up to $10 million with a large portion of the payment being made through Sigma Software Group shares.
- A Society Group, Inc., which was previously a subsidiary of Sweden-based A Society, serves major clients in the automotive, manufacturing, defense and other industries.

In 2024, Intellias acquired 100% shares in C2 Solutions, a Bloomington-based tech services company.
