Estonian deeptech startup GaltTec OÜ secures €1M in pre-seed funding to revolutionize portable energy solutions

GaltTec OÜ, an Estonian deeptech startup developing micro-tubular solid oxide fuel cells (mSOFCs) for portable and off-grid energy solutions, has closed its pre-seed funding round, raising a total of €1 million. The round was led by 2C Ventures, also backed by private investors and grants.

Investment details 

The round was led by 2C Ventures and joined by DefCAP OÜ, a defense-sector investment fund managed by Taavi Veskimägi and Kuldar Väärsi, along with Bitsick OÜ and ModulEnergy OÜ.
