Ownership structure

The founder of AIN LLC (hereinafter - the Company) with a 100% share of ownership is Molfar Limited, a legal entity registered under the laws of the United Kingdom at the address United Kingdom, 20 Wenlock Road, London, England N1 7GU. The sole beneficial owner of the Company is Artem Ihorovych Starosek, a citizen of Ukraine, who has 100% indirect decisive influence on the Company through Molfar Limited.

The company is a legal entity, the main purpose of which is to make a profit. The company is the only person in Ukraine that has the rights to the AIN.UA trademark and the rights to the AIN.UA media resource. The Company's source of financing is its own income, investments of the legal entity - the founder and beneficial owner, as well as grant funds.

The beneficial owner controls the financial indicators of the Company, its strategic development and does not interfere in the editorial policy of the online publication.

Also, the beneficial owner of the Company, a citizen of Ukraine, Artem Starosiek, is a co-founder of the NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION "OSINT," whose primary goal is to expand educational programs covering open-source intelligence (OSINT) and human intelligence (HUMINT), which involves a set of methods and algorithms for collecting non-public information directly from experts, key individuals, and people within the field of research. The organization emphasizes developing critical thinking and media literacy skills to counteract disinformation, particularly in areas related to analyzing information threats, conducting investigations in fields such as military conflicts and anti-corruption efforts, and detecting and analyzing destructive propaganda and disinformation. Additionally, the NGO promotes educational reforms, including integrating OSINT and HUMINT disciplines and courses in media literacy and critical thinking.
