Polish provider of personal training FitAdept has attracted over $260,000 from early-stage VC fund AgriTech Hub. The startup was also supported by three business angels, reports the MamStartup media.
Founded in 2016 by Michał Gębala and Kamil Bąk, FitAdept develops the B2C fitness platform for conducting individual online workouts, as well as a network of personal trainers in Poland. The company is currently working on two fitness industry solutions:
- virtual training assistant which will help to optimize the individual training plans based on AI mechanisms;
- the tool for organising personalized remote workouts.
As Michał Gębala tells, over 10,000 individual training sessions have already been completed since March 2020. He maintains that it is a good result of the FitAdept’s mission implementation – to help 1 million people to feel better in their bodies.
The investor AgriTech Hub is a Polish VC fund focused on investment in high-tech agriculture and food solutions.
