About Google fund
Google created a $5 million Ukraine support fund in March 2022. Its fund selects startups based on predefined criteria and assessment during interviews. The fund seeks to help Ukrainian technology companies develop and contribute to the economic recovery of the country after the war.
- Entry criteria for startups:
- Have at least one of the entities registered in Ukraine;
- Must be post-MVP stage with proven traction (product launched, pilots, early revenue);
- Companies that use AI and have a social impact mission will be prioritized;
- Founders that will use the non-dilutive cash award to continue growth, resume business, or pivot their products or operations impacted by the war and current crisis;
Applications for the next cohort are open, and Ukrainian startups can apply until July 31.
