AMLYZE, a regtech company, has closed a €2.35 million seed funding round, marking the start of a growth phase for the company, which plans to expand its services to larger corporate and institutional clients. The round was led by Practica Capital, with FIRSTPICK, Coinvest Capital and Advanzia Bank joining the round. One of the investors shared the news with AIN.

- Practica Capital, a €130 million early-stage venture capital firm, supports Baltic founders in seed and Series A stages.
- FIRSTPICK, a €20 million high-speed fund, focuses on pre-seed Fintech, SaaS, Deeptech, and Consumer marketplace firms.
- Coinvest Capital, a sovereign VC firm with €30 million committed capital, offers a unique profit-sharing incentive to accredited private co-investors, funded by public sources in Lithuania and the EU.
