Frontu, a leading Lithuanian provider of field service management software, has been acquired by Everfield, a German long-term investor and growth accelerator. This acquisition marks Everfield’s first in Lithuania and its third in the Baltics, as stated in the press release.

About Frontu

  • Frontu is technician-first service execution software to track technicians’ working hours, manage spare parts, fill in checklists, take photos, collect signatures. All that is needed is data for a digital job card.

  • Frontu was founded in 2013 and is headed by Arūnas Eitutis. The company specializes in supporting companies providing heavy machinery after sales services to sectors including agriculture, material handling, construction and forestry.

  • Frontu serves hundreds of customers across 16 countries, including major heavy machinery manufacturers such as John Deere, JCB, and Hitachi. After receiving investment from Open Circle Capital in 2018, Frontu has demonstrated nearly 400% growth, according to the company.

Frontu aims to expand its leadership in the field service management market across Europe, particularly in the industrial equipment sector. CEO Arūnas Eitutis emphasized that the company is ready for new challenges and is focused on delivering even more value to its customers.

Acquisition details

  • Frontu was acquired by Everfield. The investor buys, builds, and grows European vertical market and specialist software companies, providing them with the tools they need to move to the next level. As the company says, their mission is to foster ambition, fuel growth, and unlock opportunities for Europe’s software ecosystem.

  • Everfield operates on a decentralized model. That means that the terms of the deal allow Frontu to maintain its team and brand, enabling continued growth within the Everfield ecosystem.

“With Everfield by our side, we’re ready to expand our leadership in the growing Field Service Management market across Europe. Especially in the industrial equipment sector. Frontu’s technician-first approach is already trusted by hundreds of customers, and we’re ready to take it even further,” says Arūnas Eitutis, CEO of Frontu.

The deal will support the continued growth of Frontu’s team and customer base, as they expand their footprint within Europe, facilitating its entry into new markets.

A year ago, in October 2023, Everfield announced the acquisition of Grafik Optymalny, a Polish solution for AI-driven work time planning. The deal's amount was not disclosed, but it’s known that Everfield acquired 100% of Grafik.
