Lithuanian healthtech startup Pulsetto secures €2M investment from ScaleWoft to enhance stress relief

Pulsetto, a Vilnius-based health tech startup specializing in vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) for stress relief, mental resilience, and sleep optimization, has secured a €2 million investment from ScaleWolf, a dual-use technology accelerator and venture capital fund in Lithuania. Pulsetto shared the news with AIN.

About Pulsetto

  • Founded in 2021 by Povilas Sabaliauskas and Vitalijus Majorovas is a company that offers a scientifically based vagus nerve stimulator designed to help users manage stress by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system.

  • With its advanced neuromodulation technology, Pulsetto provides an easy-to-use option for those looking to support mental well-being and manage stress through wearable technology. It's a hands-free device that helps the body shift from “fight or flight” to “rest and digest.”

“The modern battlefield isn’t just about physical endurance–it’s about mental resilience. Stress, anxiety, and burnout pose as much of a risk to military personnel as physical fatigue. Our technology helps individuals reset their nervous system, and maintain peak cognitive performance,” said Povilas Sabaliauskas, CEO and co-founder of Pulsetto.

“Pulsetto is addressing one of the most overlooked challenges in defense: mental endurance. We invest in startups that solve real-world problems, and the demand for psychological resilience solutions in the military is undeniable.
