Pulsetto, a Vilnius-based health tech startup specializing in vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) for stress relief, mental resilience, and sleep optimization, has secured a €2 million investment from ScaleWolf, a dual-use technology accelerator and venture capital fund in Lithuania.
