The deal marks Catalyst Romania’s 6th exit, after VectorWatch was sold to FitBit, SmartBill — to Visma, 123FormBuilder to Kiteworks, Vola.ro to Resource Partners, Green Horse Games to Miniclip/Tencent.
Catalyst acquired a third of avocatnet.ro back in 2013, according to Romania-insider. The company started with advertising revenue and grew into a subscription-based service for legal and tax information, showing the dedication of Romanian businesses to information services.
With support of Catalyst Romania, Avocatnet.ro has also developed online courses, workshops, and practical tools, equipping Romanian professionals with the skills to manage the complexities of the legal environment.
